Do you have a delivery minimum?

Yes, your minimum order must be $200 before delivery charges are applied.  For deliveries over 50 miles please call for delivery minimum.


How far do you deliver?

Our maximum deliver is 300 miles from zip code 30281.  Delivery charges are not included in rental or design prices.


How far in advance should I place my order?

Generally, rental reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your celebration.  There are limited quantities of some of our most popular items so locking in your date as soon as possible is recommended. 


Do you require a deposit?

Yes, there are two types of deposits.  The first is a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date for rentals and design services.  The second is a refundable security deposit for all rentals that are picked up at our studio.


What if I cancel my event?

Refunds due to cancellation are not given but we will be happy to reschedule your celebration.  Cancellation of any events requiring fresh florals must be cancelled 7 days prior your date. Any cancellation after the 7 day window the client is responsible for the cost of reordering florals for the new scheduled date.


How long is the rental period?

Rental duration is usually 8 hours for rentals that require delivery and 2 days for rentals picked up at our studio.  Please give us a call for more information.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

If you are unavailable please have a knowledgeable adult to direct our delivery team of where rentals will be placed and also sign that all items were received in good condition.
